How Your Files Are Processed
MyToolSuite is committed to transparency about how your files and data are handled. Most of our tools process your files entirely within your browser—your files never leave your device. Some tools, however, require server-side or third-party processing to provide advanced features. Below is a list of our tools and how they process your data:

These tools require uploading your files to our secure servers or trusted third-party services for processing. All transfers are encrypted using SSL, and files are deleted as soon as processing is complete.

Overview
MyToolSuite provides a suite of web-based tools for images, PDFs, text, color, and more. We prioritize privacy and transparency: most tools process your files entirely within your browser, so your data never leaves your device. For tools that require server or third-party processing, your files are transmitted securely and deleted after processing. We do not sell your data or use invasive tracking.
Files and Content
- In-browser processing: For most tools, your files are handled entirely in-memory within your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. No upload occurs, and your files never leave your device.
- Server/third-party processing: Some tools require uploading your files to our secure servers or trusted third-party services for advanced features (see list above). All transfers use TLS 1.3 encryption, and files are deleted immediately after processing.
- If any future feature requires persistent storage (e.g., cloud backup), we will clearly notify you before any transfer or retention occurs.
- You can close the tab at any time to clear in-memory data. Some tools may use temporary object URLs that are revoked automatically.
Information We Collect
- Contact information: If you email us or submit feedback, we receive your email address and message content to respond. We do not share or sell this information.
- User accounts: If you create an account, your authentication details (such as email, password, and display name) are securely stored in Firebase Authentication. If you upload a profile picture, it is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage. Both services use strong encryption and access controls to protect your data.
- Device and usage: We may log basic, anonymous technical information (such as page loads, errors, or tool usage counts) to improve reliability and prevent abuse. No personal data or file contents are logged.
- Local storage: We may cache small UI fragments (e.g., navigation HTML) in your browser’s localStorage to speed up page loads. You can clear this at any time via your browser settings.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
- We strive to avoid invasive tracking. Our pages may load assets from trusted CDNs (e.g., Tailwind CDN, jsDelivr). When doing so, your IP address may be visible to those providers to deliver the files.
- We do not embed third-party advertising networks or use cookies for tracking. Some tools may use cookies only for session management or authentication if you sign in.
Data Retention
We retain contact emails you send us for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain records. We do not retain your files, as they are processed locally in your browser or deleted immediately after server-side processing.
Your Rights
You can contact us to access or delete information you’ve shared (e.g., emails). Since we don’t store your files, there’s nothing to request deletion for beyond your communications.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.

Donations & Payment Processing
Donations help keep MyToolSuite free for everyone. Payments are handled securely by PayPal. When you click the Donate button, you are redirected to PayPal’s website, where you can complete your donation using your preferred payment method. We do not see or store your card or bank details—PayPal handles all payment processing and security. We may receive your name and email address from PayPal for receipt and thank-you purposes, but this information is never shared or sold.
